This Summer I have the honor of being a second shooter for a few weddings! It was so wonderful helping out Alex and Stephanie celebrate their special day. I truly enjoyed meeting them, their friends and their families. There is no denying the zest each of them have for life and the love that they have for each other! As Alex and his guys were getting ready, there is no denying how dapper they look in their Kenneth Cole's and Navy. The ceremony was lovely and I was so blessed to hear Col. 3:17 (my namesake) being read by the pastor during the ceremony at Peace Lutheran Church. "-And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him." It is such a joy to witness two people sharing their love of God and their excitement for the new path before them.
While the day started out sunny, the humidity was palpable and when the sky finally broke and the rain began to fall, the newly wed Mr. and Mrs. Smith were not phased in the least.
